Real-Time Posture Monitoring
CheckNeck reads pitch, roll, and yaw from your AirPods' motion sensors at 25–100 Hz — Apple's native CMHeadphoneMotionManager rate. An exponential moving average filter smooths the signal, and our algorithm grades you against your calibrated baseline as ALIGNED, GOOD, MILD TILT, or POOR.
