Data We Collect
Raw motion stays on your device — always.
CheckNeck processes posture data — head pitch, roll, and yaw — entirely on your device. Raw motion sensor values never leave your browser or phone.
We store aggregate session scores only if you create an account and explicitly opt into sync. Anonymous use requires no account and generates no server-side data.
Account Data
The minimum required to keep the lights on.
If you create an account we store your email address, display name, and subscription status.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers — we receive only a customer reference and subscription state.
Data Retention
Scoped to what your plan actually uses.
Free tier retains 7 days of session history. Premium retains 90 days. Pro retains unlimited history.
You can delete your account and every associated record at any time from your settings page. Deletion is permanent and propagates to backups within 30 days.
Third-Party Services
A short, honest list.
Supabase — authentication and database.
Stripe — subscription billing.
PostHog — anonymous product analytics, with IP and fingerprinting disabled.
No posture data is shared with any third party for any purpose.
Your Rights
Export, correct, or delete — your choice, always.
You may request a full data export, correct any account field, or delete your account from Settings → Privacy.
